Return & Refund Policy

At Aerviq, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• item must be unused and in original condition

• item must be in original packaging

Customers must contact us before returning any item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• used items

• items damaged through misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.

We will work to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 The first return on each order is free (up to 5 times per month).
